Sales and Refund Policy
- All Sales are Final: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, these funds are immediately committed to production costs.
- Extreme Circumstances: At the sole discretion of LOGON, refunds may be considered for documented extreme personal emergencies.
- Processing Fees: In the event that a refund is granted, the amount will be for the ticket face value only. All third-party transaction and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Force Majeure and Rescheduling
- Unforeseen Events: LOGON reserves the right to postpone or reschedule performances due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, security directives, or “Force Majeure” events.
- Ticket Validity: If a show is postponed for security reasons, your original tickets will remain valid for the new rescheduled date.
- Cancellations: If a performance is canceled entirely and cannot be rescheduled, we will offer a credit toward a future production. We ask our patrons to consider their ticket purchase as a donation to our non-profit mission in these rare cases.
