Sales and Refund Policy

  • All Sales are Final: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, these funds are immediately committed to production costs.
  • Extreme Circumstances: At the sole discretion of LOGON, refunds may be considered for documented extreme personal emergencies.
  • Processing Fees: In the event that a refund is granted, the amount will be for the ticket face value only. All third-party transaction and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Force Majeure and Rescheduling

  • Unforeseen Events: LOGON reserves the right to postpone or reschedule performances due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, security directives, or “Force Majeure” events. In the case of a rescheduled performance, ticket holders will receive the new performance date via email, and will have a refund window of 14 days from such communication to request a refund.
  • Ticket Validity: If a show is postponed for security reasons, your original tickets will remain valid for the new rescheduled date.
  • Cancellations: If a performance is canceled entirely and cannot be rescheduled, we will offer a credit toward a future production. We ask our patrons to consider their ticket purchase as a donation to our non-profit mission in these rare cases.
